At Da Trophee LLC, we strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services to our clients. Your satisfaction is very important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which we may issue refunds or credits for our services.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning provided, please contact us within **24 hours** of the service. We will do our best to address your concerns and resolve any issues. If we are unable to meet your expectations through a follow-up cleaning, you may be eligible for a refund or credit.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances: 

• If cleaner violate the trust of our client.

- If we are unable to remedy the situation through a follow-up service or adjustment.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that the following circumstances will not qualify for a refund:

-DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE 

- Cancellations made less than **24 hours** before a scheduled service.

- No-shows or failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

- Changes to service requests made after the cleaning has commenced.

- Services rendered outside of the initial service agreement without prior confirmation.

4. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Details: Share your concerns, along with any relevant details about the service in question. We may ask for photos or additional information.

3. Review Process:*Our team will review your request and determine if a refund or credit is applicable.

4. Notification: You will be notified of the outcome within 2 business days.

5. Service Credits

In some cases, we may offer you a service credit instead of a monetary refund. This credit can be used toward future cleaning services.

6. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
